Our cosy holiday cottage is located in a fantastic rural location just 5 minutes from the beautiful Brancaster beach. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family getaway. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.

- 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
- Master bedroom with king-size bed.
- Second bedroom with two single beds.
- There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.
- One shower room on the first floor with double shower cubicle, wc and two hand wash basins. (no bath).
Ground Floor
- As a self-catering cottage, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
On entry to the property, which is via the beautiful rear garden, is the good size kitchen and dining area, with kitchen island, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker. - Dining table and chairs to seat 6.
- The lounge is situated at the front of the property.
Outside Area
- Enclosed rear garden with garden furniture.
- Parking for 1 car at the rear of the property. Please contact us if you will be brining two cars. No parking at the front of the property. Access to the rear parking is down narrow driveway. Most large SUV’s will be able to access. Any questions please ask.
